Welcome to the home of bonus money.
The Nevada Housing Division is pleased to introduce you to some great homebuyer programs that offer opportunity, savings and yes, bonus money to low and middle income Nevadans. So what’s the catch? There isn’t one.
Our Home Is PossibleTM program offers thousands in bonus money to put toward a down payment or closing costs. Our Home Is Possible For HeroesTM program helps veterans be at home in Nevada for less. Our Home Is Possible For TeachersTM program gives K-12 teachers in Nevada $7,500 in bonus money for a down payment. And our Mortgage Credit Certificate program helps first-time homebuyers and qualified veterans save around $2,000 in federal taxes every year of the loan.
Sound good? We think so, too. Check out the details of our programs, and then get started by finding an approved lender right here on this site.
