I have worked many different aspects of the Financial/Real Estate industry since earning my Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ithaca College in 1988.  Before moving to Las Vegas and going to work as a loan officer, I took some time to travel and see the world.  My three-year journey led me to some very interesting and off the “beaten trail” locations. Spending so much time among people of many different cultures and backgrounds has made me a much more understanding and compassionate person.  I have enjoyed helping home buyers arrange mortgage financing for their new home, vacation home or investment property for over 23 years in Las Vegas. I believe my knowledge and expertise of the many programs available to today's consumer will not only aide in making the somewhat laborious mortgage application process flow smoothly, but more importantly, save our clients thousands of dollars in potential costly mistakes by not choosing the correct mortgage program, as well as in aiding clients wanting to refer their friends, family and co-workers for any mortgage needs. Since beginning in this industry, I have experienced tremendous success. I believe this is a result of my commitment to my clients, my focus on customer follow thru, and my persistence in seeing each home mortgage explained and reviewed individually to each client’s needs. In the past 10 years, I have closed over $500,000,000 in mortgage loans, and helped more than 3,000 clients achieve their dream of home ownership.
