So, what do clients want from me? The majority of my clients want to look at all the different loan options which can get very confusing, very fast. I do my best to make the home buying process as simple as possible. I’d love to meet with you for a personal consultation, I provide you with simple scenarios and options while keeping your best interest at heart so you can make a mindful decision for your family.  You may qualify today or we may work on your application for months to get you ready for homeownership.

What else do clients want from me? You want to talk, you want to ask questions and get feedback about down payment assistance programs and grants  or how to use your VA loan, I try and make all of those steps easy for you. When you call me at 8 pm I don’t send that call to voicemail, I pick up the phone and listen to your needs. My clients know I am available any day of the week at any hour if they need to talk. They know I can meet them on a Sunday afternoon at their house. They know they can really count on me anytime.

I have been in Las Vegas for 20 years and yes I love my free time too. I love the great outdoors of Las Vegas especially bike riding with my wife and baby daughter or just a trip to the ice cream store.  I have a passion for all the newest technology…each person in my family has their own Ipad by no fault of their own.
