Being a first-time home buyer can appear intimidating and frustrating. The initial down payment, closing costs, and mortgage rates all have large price tags attached and the many details of the loan application process can feel overwhelming. In April 2021, I worked with Realtor, Martin Estrada, to help two homebuyers purchase their first home for themselves and their infant daughter. Martin served as an educator, negotiator, and advocate for his clients.
