Originally a Georgia native, Kristin earned her graduate degree at Long Island University in New York, and she spent 5 years as a college professor before turning to the “family business” of real estate and finance. Kristin loves educating first-time buyers about the loan process, giving options to her clients so they maintain control of their financial destinies, and offering down payment assistance and other programs to help save her clients money. Kristin Richmond has been working in the mortgage industry with the RMS & Associates team since 2014.
