About Loan officer:

William was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV where he received a Distinguished Scholar Diploma from Valley High School in 1993 and went to UNLV to play baseball, where he was awarded with the prestigious “Who’s Who in American Universities” award for his academic achievements.  He received a Bachelor’s Degree in 1998.

William Wallace is an accomplished individual with 21 years of experience in the mortgage business.  He had a residential Mortgage Company, that peaked at the 8th largest brokerage company in the US, funding $200M/month and hit #74 on the Inc. 500.

William Wallace traveled the country doing sales and sales management training in front of thousands of people in dozens of cities.  He was able to share his approach to sales and managing a high producing sales team while using this platform to recruit mortgage talent to manage branch opportunities for his mortgage company.

In addition, William Wallace provided Executive Leaderhip with Global Funding Unlimited, LLC (GFU), a Nevada based company that provided consultation and financial facilitation for global projects.  He collaborated with private equity organizations on structure and logistics of these global transactions. He also created an international Land Bank, helping individuals get their privately owned land ready for hospitality development.

William Wallace was also involved in the family-owned preventive maintenance & consulting company, creating and developing service contracts with hospitality properties and organizations all over the United States, including NASA.

William Wallace was the President/CEO of Shady Apparel.  He created and trademarked the image of Shady Apparel.  He sold this company in 2001 to Eminem, which provided him the liquidity to become a real estate investor, developer and created finance opportunities for himself and his peers.

William also provided leadership on the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino residential project, which took $800M into escrow for EMDs.  This project was 100% pre-sold, which helped him secure the $1.7B construction loan.  He also spent time in New York creating the guidelines for a “Condotel” residence, and closed the first Condotel in the US for the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, AZ.

It is through all this experience that William Wallace has become an invaluable business resource and leader.  It is through competing in baseball that he learned the power of teamwork and positive thinking.  William Wallace enjoys being a dad with his 3 kids, coaching little league and going on adventures.
