David is a Long Island native who left New York in 1996 to pursue higher education at UNLV. After earning his bachelor's degree, he quickly established himself in the mortgage industry, working first as a broker for two years before transitioning to become a banker.

His success in the field has been recognized multiple times, including being named among the Top 1% of all “Loan Originators in America for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2012, 2018, 2019, 2020” by Mortgage Originator and Mortgage Executive Magazine, Inc, and the Scotsman's Guide. Additionally, David was honored as one of "Southern Nevada's Top Finance Executives" by VEGAS INC Magazine in February 2013.

David resides in Henderson with his wife, Stefanie, and their three children. He is always open to connecting with new people and welcomes any opportunities to expand his network.
