My name is Marie Coleman.  I am a Realtor with over 17 years of experience helping buyers, sellers and renters with properties.  My duty to you is to provide honest advice and ethical leadership while assisting you with finding your perfect house.  My expertise includes guiding you through the process of buying, selling or leasing properties, advocating and negotiating on your behalf.  I will and act as a liaison between you and other entities to include the Loan Officer, Sellers Agent if you are a Buyer, Buyers Agent if you are a Seller and the Title Representative.
