Born and raised in Northern Nevada to a Real Estate Broker/Owner and a C.P.A., Mignon Lagatta has the ideal foundation for selling and buying homes. Over the course of 30 plus years of running successful businesses and owning income properties, Mignon’s parents taught her the value of commitment, collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. 

After graduating from California State University Northridge, Mignon began a successful career in the Footwear industry starting as a Buyer and Merchandise Manager for large department stores, such as Robinsons-May and Macy’s.   She continued her career as a wholesale Account Executive for brands like Timberland, Liz Claiborne and finally Nine West Group. 

After her two children were born, Mignon moved back to her hometown and to truly the area that has it all; Northern Nevada.  To be able to spend more time with her children, but keeping with her entrepreneurial spirit, she opened her own business called The Playroom; an indoor play and party place for children. 

In 2011, with her children becoming school age, she sold The Playroom and took the next natural step and became a REALTOR. She has never looked back.  Mignon has combined her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping others and founded Mignon Lagatta Real Estate (MLRE) at Realty One Group Eminence.  A love for her community is what makes her a powerhouse for home buyers an sellers alike.  As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she can help clients tackle any and all real estate issues head-on with confidence of knowing that they’re receiving the best service possible.

As a further love for her community and her passion for helping people, Mignon founded a Giving Group called Thank You Ma’am Reno. Thank You Ma’am Reno is a group of women dedicated to giving back to Northern Nevada.  To date, Thank You Ma’am Reno has given just over $20,000 to 8 different local non-profits.
