With 25+ years as a loan officer in Nevada, and 30 years here in the Las Vegas Valley, I have been through the ups and downs of our markets.  I have seen changes in lending- many that were wonderful, and some...well, less than favorable.  One thing though remains steadfast no matter what the economy is doing.  It is the ability for our community to come together!  We get excited for our accomplishments, and we stick together when times get tough.
