Aloha, and welcome to my page.  My vision is to help as many families into homeownership as possible.  This amazing program allows me to do this.  Since your are a first time home buyer, you may need a little extra guidance, and that's what I'm here for, to guide you through the process of financing your home.  I will be a resouce long after you close on your loan, so that I can provide recommendation for services, answer questions when you're ready to sell, and to be available to your family and friends.  I encourage  homebuyers to start the process early, take their time, and together, put a buying plan in place.
