Javier Avendano got his start in the mortgage industry back in 2014 while working for a retirement planning firm that utilized reverse mortgages as an estate planning tool. Since then, Javier has been a Mortgage Advisor and an Outside Sales Manager. Currently, Javier offers everything from VA and FHA, to Conventional loans.

Javier’s love for being a loan officer stems from a passion of problem solving and being able to educate his clients about what options will work best for them. Javier also knows that a home is one of the biggest investments your family will make, so he enjoys playing a part in the process and guiding families throughout this exciting journey.
